I stand at the intersection of strategic brilliance and spiritual transformation—a unique position earned through decades of executive leadership and the profound journey of rebuilding my life after devastating loss.


With over 25 years as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Cost Engineer professional, I've managed multimillion- and multibillion-dollar projects for Fortune 50 companies, building complex systems for some of the world's most powerful organizations.


But my greatest project began on August 22, 2018, when I was called to engineer my own resurrection.

My Transformation Story

On August 22, 2018, my perfect life shattered in an instant. My husband Rudy collapsed unexpectedly in our bedroom. The last word he spoke was "911"—he knew he needed help, he was fighting to live. I performed CPR until the EMTs arrived. We were in recovery mode after his July surgery—hopeful, healing, planning. And just like that, everything stopped.


With my background in cost engineering and project controls, I had managed billion-dollar systems with precision and foresight. Now, I was facing the ultimate project: navigating the unimaginable grief of losing my soulmate, parenting four children through trauma, and rebuilding our family's foundation.

The Turning Point

I didn't just survive. I didn't fall apart. Instead, I applied everything I knew—systems, strategy, scenario planning—but this time, with soul. I went from executing funeral plans in project manager mode to quietly confronting my grief, my faith, and my identity. In that sacred space, I created a new foundation built on surrender, faith, and divine strategy.

That's when The W.O.K.E. Strategist was born. That's when "From We to Me" was birthed. That's when The Phoenix Rising Protocol™ emerged. I learned to rise—not in spite of my grief, but because of it.

Today, seven years later, I guide high-achieving women through their own resurrections. I teach them how to strategize their healing, design their legacy, and rebuild on purpose, not pain. August 22, 2025 marked the seven-year anniversary of Rudy's passing—seven years of processing, nurturing, strategizing, and executing. Seven is the number of completion. Now is my time to rise, to tell my story, and help others heal.
